Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

Employment: 12-months initial (contract to perm)

We are seeking experienced full-stack engineers to build modern enterprise products that replace fragmented email, spreadsheet and form-based workflows.

This is not a frontend-only position. You should be comfortable owning the user experience while understanding backend APIs, data models, security and production operations.

• Build modern production web applications.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple user experiences.
• Develop requester, approver, operations and administration interfaces.
• Build dashboards, work queues, workflow views and multi-step interactions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement secure role-based application behavior.
• Design robust frontend state management for complex asynchronous workflows.
• Work closely with product/design teams to prototype and refine user journeys.
• Influence API and data-model design.
• Develop reusable components rather than one-off interfaces.
• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in production support and performance improvement.

• 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Strong React and Type Script experience, or equivalent depth in another modern framework.
• Experience shipping complete production applications.
• Complex frontend state management and asynchronous interactions.
• Relational database fundamentals.
• Authentication, authorization and secure application design.
• Cloud-native development and CI/CD.
• Strong product judgment.

• Regulated or large-enterprise environments.
• Accessibility and internationalization.
