As a Senior Microsoft .NET Developer with 3i Infotech based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will serve as a core technical authority responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and performance optimization of enterprise-grade software platforms. Collaborating closely with technical project managers, software architects, business analysts, database administrators, and QA engineering squads, you will translate complex business requirements into high-performance, fault-tolerant enterprise software architectures.

Your core development scope spans building scalable distributed microservices using .NET Core 6+ and C# 10+, engineering secure RESTful Web APIs, and designing modern, responsive user interfaces utilizing Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Working across complex multi-database landscapes, you will design and optimize relational schemas and stored procedures in Oracle 19c (PL/SQL) and Microsoft SQL Server, while implementing document storage solutions using MongoDB.

Additionally, you will integrate distributed asynchronous messaging backbones using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, support cross-platform mobile solutions using Xamarin and .NET MAUI, and manage enterprise content workflows via SharePoint. Working within a disciplined version-controlled environment utilizing Bitbucket, you will conduct peer code reviews, optimize database queries, perform root cause analysis on production incidents, and maintain rigorous software quality standards.
