Radiansys Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and Agentic AI solutions in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on engineering position for professionals with 6+ years of experience who have successfully delivered real-world AI applications beyond proof-of-concept or academic environments.

The role focuses on building enterprise AI applications using Python, FastAPI, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, vector databases, MCP/FastMCP, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and multi-agent architectures. The successful candidate will contribute to scalable AI applications involving streaming, structured outputs, function calling, intelligent retrieval, and AI agent orchestration.

Aviation or airline industry experience is preferred, particularly in areas such as customer service automation, passenger personalization, revenue optimization, flight analytics, predictive maintenance, and crew or resource optimization. • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Build scalable AI services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate solutions using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Develop solutions using vector databases, including Pinecone.
• Build AI agents and multi-agent systems using Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
• Develop and integrate MCP and FastMCP-based solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for production AI applications.
• Develop Web Socket and streaming-based AI experiences.
• Implement structured outputs and function-calling capabilities.
• Work with Azure AI Foundry and associated AI services.
• Develop intelligent workflows and enterprise AI integrations.
• Optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, performance, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of AI applications and enterprise AI capabilities.

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience

• Strong hands-on experience with production AI/LLM applications.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience developing APIs and AI services using FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of vector databases, preferably Pinecone.
• Experience with MCP and/or FastMCP.
• Strong experience with Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
• Experience developing Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Strong prompt engineering capabilities.
• Experience with Web Sockets and streaming AI applications.
• Knowledge of structured outputs and function calling.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience deploying real-world AI/LLM applications into production.

Airline or aviation industry experience is preferred, particularly in:

• Must be available to work 5 days per week on-site in Abu Dhabi

• Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
• Valid UAE passport/visa is mandatory.
• Candidates with only academic AI projects or POC-level experience are not suitable for this position.

Up to AED 18,000 per month
