We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project based onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Build and enhance case-management, customer-servicing, escalation, and approval workflows
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs
- Configure Service Console, Omni-Channel, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge
- Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions follow Salesforce security and development best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience working on customer-servicing or case-management solutions
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant Salesforce certifications would be advantageous
Work arrangement:
Onsite
The project will cover the successful candidate’s UAE visa if they don’t currently have one. Relocation costs, including flights, accommodation, and other moving expenses, will not be covered.
