A banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE is urgently hiring an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor and Java microservices. The role focuses on L2/L3 application support, microservices architecture, workflow orchestration and enterprise banking applications.
The successful candidate will work with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, message queues and CI/CD technologies to support and maintain critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java microservices and Orkes Conductor.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Java-based applications.
- Work with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor for workflow orchestration.
- Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with message queue technologies including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support application deployments and release activities.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and development teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with banking and technology teams to maintain reliable production systems.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong L2/L3 support experience with Java microservices and Orkes Conductor.
- Hands-on experience with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor is mandatory.
- Strong Java 8 or above experience.
- Strong Spring Boot experience.
- Strong Spring Cloud experience.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab or Git Hub Actions.
- Banking domain experience.
- Notice period must be between 0 and 30 days.
- Candidates should strictly meet the mandatory technical requirements.
