AI Engineer

• The position is for an experienced AI Engineer working on a project focused on accelerating Generative AI adoption in the telecom industry.
• The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Candidates should have 4+ years of experience across AI, ML or Data Science.
• At least 1.5–2+ years of hands‑on production experience with Generative AI is required.

• Strong Python skills are expected.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI is required.
• Candidates should understand RAG architectures and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with vector search and embeddings is relevant to the role.
• Applicants should know Lang Chain or Semantic Kernel.
• Practical experience with AI agents is expected.
• Docker, REST APIs and Git are also part of the required skill set.
• Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices is required.
• Candidates should understand Azure security and networking concepts.
• English proficiency should be Upper‑Intermediate or higher.

• Experience with AKS, Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Document Intelligence or OCR is considered useful.
• Multi‑Agent Systems experience is a plus.
• Previous telecom‑domain experience is also preferred.
• Candidates already based in the UAE and ready to work from Abu Dhabi will receive preference.
