We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, LLM application development, Microsoft Azure AI technologies, and enterprise project delivery
.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking AI solutions from design and development through production deployment
, while also managing technology vendors and system integrators.

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready AI and LLM‑based solutions
  .
• Build and integrate applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
  .
• Lead AI and digital projects end‑to‑end
  , ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Manage and evaluate technology vendors and system integrators
  , from RFP and technical evaluation through implementation and delivery.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and performance
  .
• Support AI solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑based applications
  .
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production within an enterprise environment
  , beyond proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with the Microsoft AI stack
  , including:
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven project management and delivery experience
  , with the ability to lead AI/digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience managing technology vendors and system integrators
  , including RFP, evaluation, negotiation, implementation, and delivery.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, pensions, insurance, or government is highly desirable.
