Senior AI Engineer

This onsite role in Abu Dhabi is focused on advancing multi-agent systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms. Responsibilities Design and develop AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Open Claw, Microsoft Agent Framework, Databricks agentic components, and custom multi-agent frameworks

Build and orchestrate scalable multi-agent workflows and pipelines with robust error handling, observability, and fallback strategies

Extend and configure Open Claw as a multi-channel AI assistant runtime, building custom skills, integrating with enterprise messaging surfaces, and managing gateway configuration and agent routing

Implement agent orchestration patterns including skills/tools, memory management, context persistence, and handoff protocols

Design and deploy RAG-based knowledge systems using Azure AI Search and open source vector stores

Integrate solutions with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and external services via standard connectors and custom APIsRequirements8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years building AI or agent-based systems

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services

Proven experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Databricks agentic capabilities, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or equivalents

Experience with Open Claw, including skill development, multi-agent session routing, and channel integrations

Experience implementing RAG architectures, knowledge grounding, and retrieval optimization

Strong skills in LLM system design and instruction architecture, including system message design, few-shot structuring, chain-of-thought patterns, and behavioral guardrails

Proficiency with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 integrations

Solid grasp of APIs (REST/Graph), CLI tooling, MCP protocols, and data pipeline integration

Experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Nice to have

Experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability protocols

Familiarity with agentic AI applications in clinical or operational healthcare settings

Knowledge of Middle East healthcare regulatory requirements

Background in deploying AI solutions at scale within enterprise environments
