Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Banking Performance Test Engineer to support performance engineering and testing activities across high-volume banking technology environments in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on validating the performance, scalability, resilience and operational readiness of APIs, event-driven systems and integration services supporting high-volume banking operations. The successful candidate will bring experience in core banking, payment systems or large-scale digital transformation programmes, together with practical expertise in performance testing, application monitoring and distributed system analysis.

Strong knowledge of JMeter, Load Runner or equivalent performance testing tools, Dynatrace, Grafana and distributed tracing is required. The role also requires an understanding of API gateways, Kafka, microservices and AI-assisted observability.
