Agentic AI Engineer - Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and autonomous agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in building LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and Azure AI services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
- Develop scalable RAG architectures utilizing vector databases and Azure Cognitive Search.
- Integrate foundation models from Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source platforms.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and orchestration pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate application performance and continuously improve response quality, latency, and accuracy.
- Implement monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Support deployment and productionization of AI applications in cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
- Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or similar frameworks
. - API integration and microservices development.
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services and Azure Cognitive Search.
- Understanding of AI application security, scalability, and monitoring.
- Exposure to LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of model evaluation methodologies.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech domains.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/GenAI solutions.
