Dicetek LLC is seeking a Service Now Technical Lead
- Platform Engineering for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for leading Service Now solution design, development and technical engineering within the Digital Workplace function. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of approved platform requirements, maintain engineering standards and ensure that Service Now applications, integrations and platform changes are implemented securely and reliably.

Working closely with the Platform Lead and Enterprise Architecture teams, the position will provide technical oversight across scoped application development, integration engineering, platform upgrades, regression testing and deployment management. The role also involves developing internal engineering capabilities, reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating knowledge transfer from implementation partners to support sustainable platform operations.

• Lead Service Now technical design and engineering activities within the Digital Workplace function.
• Translate approved business and technical requirements into Service Now solution designs.
• Deliver approved development and integration requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
