Qlik NPrintingDevelop and maintain automated reports using Qlik NPrinting Create Excel PDF HTML and email-based reports Configure NPrinting filters conditions tasks and schedules Manage report distribution to business users and management Troubleshoot NPrinting failures scheduling issues and report-generation errors Ensure accurate and timely distribution of daily monthly and quarterly reports
Insurance Domain KnowledgeUnderstand insurance business processes including Policy Issuance Endorsements Renewals and Cancellations Gross Written Premium GWP and Net Written Premium NWP Claims Paid Outstanding Claims and Claims Reserves Premium Receivables Debtors Ageing and Collections Reinsurance Ceded Premium and Recoveries Underwriting Performance and Loss Ratio Insurance Financial and Regulatory Reporting Develop insurance dashboards for Underwriting Claims Finance and Management Work with insurance business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions Perform data validation and reconciliation between Qlik Sense reports and core insurance systems
SQL Database ManagementWrite and optimize complex SQL queries involving joins aggregations subqueries and analytical functions Extract and transform data from relational databases such as Oracle SQL Server or Snowflake Validate data accuracy across source systems and BI applications Investigate data discrepancies and resolve reporting inconsistencies Work with large datasets and optimize queries for better performance
Support MaintenanceMonitor Qlik Sense application reloads and NPrinting schedules Investigate and resolve production issues Maintain existing dashboards and implement enhancements Coordinate with business users database teams and application support teams Prepare technical documentation and support UAT activities

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Qlik Sense development.
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting.
Prior experience working in the General Insurance domain is strongly preferred.
Good SQL development and data troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with business stakeholders.
Experience with insurance core systems such as Premia or similar policy administration systems.
Knowledge of insurance accounting and financial reconciliation.
