In this role, you will design intuitive, minimalist, and visually refined interfaces for enterprise-grade AI products and applications. Working closely with Product Management and ML Engineering teams, you will translate complex AI workflows, technical processes, and data interactions into seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of user experience, design systems, accessibility, and bilingual interface design.
Key Responsibilities:- Design clean, minimalist, and user-centered interfaces for web, desktop, and physical console applications.
- Develop, maintain, and scale component-based design systems using Figma.
- Translate complex AI workflows, data pipelines, and technical processes into intuitive user experiences.
- Design responsive and interactive interfaces for streaming AI responses, model training visualizations, and complex file views.
- Create seamless bilingual interfaces supporting English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) layouts.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interactions, including verification workflows, confidence indicators, exception approvals, and override controls.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and ML Engineers to align design solutions with technical capabilities and user needs.
- Conduct user-flow testing and refine interfaces to improve usability and reduce operational complexity.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and interaction patterns across products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX/UI design for complex web, desktop, or technical applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component-based design systems.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and modern UI design principles.
- Proven experience or strong capability in designing bilingual interfaces supporting Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR).
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
- Ability to simplify complex technical workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience designing AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, or Human-in-the-Loop systems.
- Experience with data-intensive dashboards, visualization interfaces, or technical developer tools.
