- Lead the QA automation team and define automation testing strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend applications.

- Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of quality issues.
- Work within Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops environments to support continuous delivery.

- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with proven experience leading automation initiatives or teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Type Script.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks, including Page Object Model and data-driven or keyword-driven approaches.
- Strong experience in API testing, REST services, and microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of SQL, database validation, and backend testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Banking, financial services, fintech, or digital banking experience.
- Experience testing internet banking, mobile banking, payment systems, or other financial applications.
- Knowledge of security testing, performance testing, and non-functional testing.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load Runner.
- Familiarity with containerized environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
