When the obvious approach doesn't work, you don't stop — you try the second, the third, the unusual one. You question requirements that don't make sense and come back with a better idea. You see connections others miss and combine tools, data and ideas in ways nobody has written a tutorial for yet.

You know what it feels like to wait on hold, to explain your problem three times, to get an answer that doesn't help. Maybe you've worked in a contact centre, in support or in customer success — and you know what good service sounds like.

Fast doesn't mean sloppy. You test before you ship, and when something breaks, you want to understand why.

• Turn customer problems into working AI agents with the workflows and integrations behind them
• Write prompts that sound natural on the phone and stay within clear guardrails
• Dig into transcripts and call data to find out where conversations go wrong, where cases don't get closed, and why. Turn those findings into fixes and prove with tests and numbers that the fix works
• Help build our playbook of design patterns and test methods, so good solutions become repeatable
• Talk to customers when it matters and translate between business and tech

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar), APIs and JSON — our stack is GoRunner and Agentic Flow (our own workflow enginges)
• Practical experience with LLMs and prompting
• Comfort with data: spreadsheets, ideally SQL or Python
• Experience in customer service, contact centres or customer-facing roles
• Experience with voice bots or telephony is a plus, not a must
• Very good English;
  Arabic is a plus
