Parsons Corporation is seeking a Digital Engineering Automation Specialist to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on developing and implementing automation solutions across Building Information Modelling (BIM), Information Management (IM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and engineering workflows. The successful candidate will develop applications, scripts, plug-ins, APIs, and integrated digital tools that reduce repetitive activities, improve data quality, and increase efficiency across engineering and project delivery processes.

Working with BIM, GIS, Information Management, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, the specialist will identify automation opportunities, translate technical requirements into practical software solutions, and support the deployment of reliable digital workflows. The position also involves supporting AI-enabled engineering applications, automated document and data processing, spatial information integration, and the development of scalable tools for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) environments.

• Develop and implement automation solutions for BIM, Information Management, GIS, and engineering workflows.
