Recreation Manager

RECREATION MANAGER - ABU DHABI

We are working with a 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that is looking to add a Recreation Manager to their team. The Recreation Manager will direct all leisure, fitness, and entertainment operations—including pools, gyms, and kids' clubs—to create engaging guest experiences. Key duties include developing activity programs, managing staff, ensuring safety, maintaining facilities, and driving revenue through curated experiences.

• Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas).
• Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team.
• Plan and coordinate recreational activities, events, and guest engagement programs.
• Ensure all safety procedures, lifeguard standards, and emergency protocols are followed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any feedback or complaints.
• Manage inventory of recreation equipment and ensure proper upkeep.
• Work closely with other departments (Front Office, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth operations.
• Track attendance, usage, and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

• 2 years experience as a recreation manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, guest service skills, and proficiency in, or ability to learn, POS systems.
• GCC experience a MUST

Salary package: AED
8000 - 10000 PM + Benefits
