Key Responsibilities- Teach engaging 45 50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format
- Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing strong communication and motivational energy
- Maintain studio presentation standards punctuality cleanliness and professionalism are essential
- Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention
- Participate in workshops events and team initiatives that support continuous development and brand growth
- Salary AED month based on attendees and number of classes

What We re Looking For- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience of instructing Group Reformer Pilates, small-group training, and private Pilates sessions
- Energetic, polished, and professional personality with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Passionate about results, movement, and fostering community connection
- Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards
- 250
AED per hour 10 hours per week - no additional package
