We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Rider to join our dynamic FMCG / Foods / Beverage distribution team. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of products to our retail partners and end consumers across the region. As a Delivery Rider, you will serve as the frontline representative of our brand, embodying punctuality, professionalism, and product integrity.

You will be responsible for managing daily delivery routes, handling inventory during transit, and maintaining high service standards under fast-paced conditions. Your performance directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, a valid driving license, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-volume delivery environment.

• Execute daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Load and unload goods safely and securely, adhering to proper handling and storage protocols.
• Verify delivery details with customers or retail partners, including order accuracy, quantities, and product quality.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using company-provided tools or apps.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items promptly to the operations team.
• Ensure the vehicle (motorcycle or delivery van) is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Uphold brand standards by wearing company uniform and presenting a professional appearance.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customer service regarding delays or route changes.
• Practice safe driving habits and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics / distribution role.
• Valid driving license and proven ability to operate a motorcycle or delivery vehicle safely.
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery zones.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in using mobile delivery apps or digital tracking systems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak delivery periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal downtime.
