Traffic & Logistics Officer (Permanent Position)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traffic & Logistics Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics operations for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

• Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics activities for our clients
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations
• Manage and maintain transportation and logistics databases
• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and logistics processes
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and present reports on transportation and logistics performance to management
• Train and supervise transportation and logistics staff

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations
• Knowledge of local and international transportation regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is a plus
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
