** Key Account Officer
** to join their Abu Dhabi office. The role will focus on managing and developing break bulk and special cargo transportation projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven commercial experience, ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and regional business growth.###
Job Responsibilities
* ** Market & Technical Analysis:
** Conduct detailed studies on break bulk cargo operations, analyze regional shipping trends, and design optimized transport solutions.
* ** Operational Supervision:
** Oversee cargo loading and handling processes while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards.
* ** Customer & Agent Management:
** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and shipping agents, serving as the main point of contact for logistics and operations.
* ** Business Development:
** Grow sea freight traffic and customer networks through strategic partnerships and market insights.
* ** Market Intelligence & Reporting:
** Provide research, statistical analysis, and performance reporting to support business growth.
* ** Regional Representation:
** Act as the primary representative for agents and clients across Middle Eastern ports, attending site visits and business meetings.### Requirements
* *
* Education:
** Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transport, or Logistics.
* *
* Experience:
** 3–5 years in a commercial or operational shipping/logistics role, preferably with break bulk or special cargo.
* ** Technical Knowledge:
** Familiarity with vessel operations, freight forwarding, and break bulk handling.
* *
* Skills:
** + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis + Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and perform in fast-paced environments
* *
* Languages:
** Fluency in English;
