International Moving Coordinator - Fine Art & Luxury Logistics

- Deliver accurate estimates on volume for moves.
- Prepare quotes daily for air, sea, and land transportation, ensuring competitive and up‑to‑date pricing.
- Schedule packing, moving, and loading dates/times with customers to meet service expectations.
- Ensure that all assurances and promises made to customers are completed per agreement so that customers remain long‑term clients.
- Analyze and identify client needs during the pre‑move survey to maintain a high service level.
- Monitor and maintain shipment progress and send regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, international agents, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collect payments from accounts handled by the client to avoid pending receivables.
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or any relevant subject.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- High level of commitment and drive; outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, especially MS Office and Outlook.
- 0–2 years of similar industry experience with a customer‑service background.
