Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics activities for project materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Manage transportation, site deliveries, storage, and inventory control at project locations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Handle customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders (if applicable).
- Monitor logistics costs and support budget control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE standards and company procedures.
- Track shipments, prepare logistics reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and operational challenges proactively.
- Support mobilization and demobilization of project resources when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of logistics experience in Oil & Gas EPC or plant construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, heavy equipment transportation, and material handling.
- Experience working on large-scale EPC projects (Technimont/ADNOC projects preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a project‑driven environment.
