We’re looking for experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our Technical Operations team. This is your opportunity to work across one of the world’s most advanced and diverse fleets — contributing to the innovation and technical excellence powering Etihad’s next chapter.

In this role, you will be responsible to perform aircraft maintenance tasks on Airbus and Boeing aircraft as per operational requirements to timely identify and rectify defects.

• Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevant technical data and keep yourself updated on current and new technical and quality notices.
• Ensure maximum attention is given to on-time performance, by assuring that all materials, tooling and equipment along with associated documentation are prepared in advance for the task at hand.
• Inform and consult with the Engineer as required to maintain a complete overview of aircraft.
• Maintain a FOD-free working area and clean up bay area before and after work.
• Develop yourself and increase aircraft knowledge with the ultimate goal for further career development.
• Accept appropriate training that will enable more effective contribution.
• Proactively participate in all health and safety matters.
• Promote a reporting culture that aligns with the company’s ethos.
• Ensure that all unused, serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct label attached.
• Ensure any tooling or equipment used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition, or clearly labeled if defective.

• Served an apprenticeship with an airline / approved organization, or have received an equivalent formal training.
• Minimum of 3‑5+ years full-time hands‑on experience within a Line/Light/Base Maintenance Environment working on commercial aircraft – Airbus/Boeing.
• Experience working in an Airline Hub or MRO/Base Maintenance environment.
• Ability to perform tasks with a high level of quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English.
• Team player and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
