• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant degree or certification in related fields (Engineering, logistics, etc.)
• Experience in the rail or transport industries is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to strict safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
