We are looking for a Transportation and Logistics Officer to manage company vehicles, drivers, and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate company cars and drivers.
- Schedule vehicle movements and driver assignments.
- Ensure all vehicle and driver documents are valid and up to date.
- Maintain records for registrations, insurance, permits, and licenses.
- Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Prepare and organize logistics-related documentation.
- Previous experience in logistics or fleet coordination.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to handle documents accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
