• Provide logistics support to third-party vendors and contractors for offshore operations.
• Supervise and control open yard activities including storage, stuffing, containerization, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, drilling, shipping, and offshore representatives for smooth transportation and materials movement.
• Supervise base services section personnel and ensure timely support to end users.
• Evaluate contractor performance and verify invoices and project reports monthly.
• Liaise with lifting teams for bi-annual lifting campaigns and color coding processes.
• Maintain yard housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Keep accurate breakdown records, statistics, and prepare unit reports as required.

• Secondary school completion plus 2-year industrial diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in logistics and yard operations within oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling, shipping coordination, and contractor management.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety and housekeeping standards in logistics operations.
