Responsibilities
- Coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs for VIP corporate and luxury clients.
- Monitor flight schedules, delays, and changes to ensure timely chauffeur deployment.
- Assign chauffeurs and vehicles efficiently to meet client requirements.
- Assist clients with luggage, vehicle access, and any special requests.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in airport coordination, transportation, or luxury service operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and polite demeanor.
