Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign chauffeurs for daily trips while ensuring optimal fleet utilization.
- Monitor trip status in real time and adjust assignments based on traffic, client requests, and operational needs.
- Coordinate with clients, chauffeurs, and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with chauffeurs regarding trip details, timings, and special instructions.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience consistent with Patriot Limousine’s luxury service standards.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, ITC standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in transportation, limousine, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE routes and basic transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/booking systems.
