Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch operations ensuring efficient and timely allocation of resources to meet service level agreements.
- Manage and mentor a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement optimized dispatching strategies to minimize response times and maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor real-time operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and proactively implementing solutions to maintain smooth workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex dispatching issues, resolving them swiftly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, customer service, and maintenance to ensure seamless coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high‑performing dispatch teams within the Philippine context.
- Proficiency in dispatch management software and GPS tracking systems, demonstrating strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent understanding of transportation regulations and fleet management best practices in the Philippines.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure, with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaunt with drivers, stakeholders, and management.
