Process Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training delivery within the Aircraft Dispatch, Load Control, and Loadmaster community, including initial and refresher training.
• Preparing and updating training material while maintaining valid training records for audit purposes.
• Preparation of training material specific to Aircraft Dispatch and Load Control.
• Provide support to the Loadmaster Trainer.
• Delivery of Manual Load Control and Aircraft Dispatch functional training to the relevant teams.
• Maintenance of training records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Scheduling of recurrent training prior to expiry dates.
• Liaising and maintaining a strong relationship with outside stakeholders regarding system access and logging of training records.
• Researching and providing feedback to the line manager on potential gaps in training.
• Identification of new areas of the business which require training to be prepared and delivered.
• Completion of mandatory assessments on Aircraft Dispatchers, ensuring they meet the required standard for handling aircraft alone safely.
• Preparation of performance reports on Aircraft Dispatchers for review by their applicable line manager.
• Assisting Dispatch Duty Managers and Load Control Supervisors in preparing development plans for identified Aircraft Dispatchers.
• Load Planners reporting identified hazards and occurrences and escalating risks to appropriate management.

• High School level or degree, preferably related to aviation or business.
• Aircraft Dispatch SME experience would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a ground handling or a related role within the aviation industry.
