What You’ll Achieve- Real‑world experience in guest handling, check‑in, boarding, transfer desk, and arrivals.
- Safety and compliance training meeting global industry standards.
- 12‑ to 24‑month international assignment as an Airport Operations Supervisor in a training capacity.
- A clear career path to becoming an Airport Duty Supervisor at one of our stations in the global network abroad.
- Oversee guest handling across airport touch‑points, ensuring top‑tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
- Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM, and special categories).
- Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery.
- Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed.

Qualifications- Have a Bachelor’s degree completed in the last three years.
- UAE national, aged 21 or older with a valid family book.
- Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ready to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
- Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride.
- Open to working at airports outside the UAE.
