Executive Driver-WBG; Outsource

Role Purpose

• Logistics and Travel Details: Before any trip, the driver reviews maps, navigation devices, radio or online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination locations. The driver advises the General Counsel of any adverse conditions and suggests alternative routes or travel time adjustments.
• Vehicle Maintenance: The driver is responsible for keeping the vehicle clean, mechanically sound, and ready to drive at all times. Tasks include checking engine fluids, inspecting interior and exterior, electrical and mechanical components, maintaining pressure, ensuring fuel levels are adequate, and scheduling maintenance, professional washing, and detail work. The driver coordinates service appointments, facilitates vehicle transport to and from the facility, and arranges a suitable alternate vehicle if necessary.
• Working Conditions / Job Environment: The driver must conduct themselves professionally, with good grooming and personal hygiene, and be courteous in all driving and non-driving situations. The driver must maintain a calm and rational attitude under stressful conditions, follow instructions without complaint, and avoid engaging in conversations with passengers without permission. Alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medication that impairs cognitive or mechanical ability on the job are prohibited.
• Drivers maintain written travel logs containing mileage, locations, travel time, work hours, vehicle service entries and receipts.

• Proficient use of an iPhone and computer.
• Physical ability to lift and perform routine errands.
• Certified CPR and first aid knowledge.
• Excellent time management and 24/7 availability.
• Strong communication skills and high organizational ability.
• Strict confidentiality and privacy regarding all matters involving the General Counsel.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic & English.
