Aviation Flight Operation Assistant - Emirati

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors or equivalent degree from a credited university/college, preferred in Operation/Business/Administration or Management. Preferably a holder of a Dispatcher's License (EASA, GCA or FAA). Any Operations Training Certificates obtained during career development.

• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Aviation operations.
• A comprehensive knowledge of flight operational requirements and procedures.
• Knowledge of management systems.
• Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
• A good command of Word and Excel. Computer Literacy - expert level experience of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and mission planning program.

• Ensure compliance with aerodrome and operational requirements.
• Verify crew qualifications, route, and aerodrome eligibility.
• Coordinate handling requests, airport slots, and flight clearances.
• Prepare, file, and upload operational flight plans.
• Manage daily Operations Control Centre activities and crew rosters.
• Generate and verify crew briefings using flight planning systems.
• Monitor flight operations and provide flight status updates.
• Liaise with CAMO on technical and operational matters, including MEL/AOG support.
• Update operational management systems with flight and post-flight data.
• Monitor and adjust crew duty schedules to maintain regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
• Evaluate handling agent performance and report findings.
• Support the implementation of the Emergency Response Plan within the Operations Control Centre.
