The Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for providing high-quality end-to-end operational services including customs clearance, cargo retrieval handover, documentation and transport coordination to ensure that cargo is received and delivered in good condition within the agreed timeframe.

• Monitor shipment status and manage end-to-end air logistics operations to ensure all service timelines are met.
• Handle customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval handover including delivery order issuance, slot booking and customs inspection when applicable.
• Nominate customer agent for direct collection at terminal when required.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection delivery.
• Update shipment milestones and upload required documents in a timely manner.
• Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit entry forms, claim submissions and related paperwork.
• Handle discrepancies and deviations, including missing cargo, cargo damage reports and claims with proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch managers in an immediate manner.

• Proven experience in air logistics operations and AOG cargo.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and air cargo handling.
• Experience in leading teams or supervising operational functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• Proficiency in shipment documentation and milestone management.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
