Overview

Shurooq Al Salam Passenger Transport Via Rented Buses LLC OPC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers and vehicles, ensure timely service delivery and maintain operational records. The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation fleet operations, staff transportation, or logistics coordination within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle allocations.
  • Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deployment of vehicles.
  • Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, assignments and operational requirements.
  • Maintain vehicle utilization records and operational reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding transportation schedules and service updates.
  • Monitor driver attendance, duty assignments and shift planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Handle transportation-related documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules with the workshop team.
  • Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Support management with daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management or operations coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in staff transportation operations will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and transportation regulations preferred.
Preferred Skills and Additional Preferences
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Strong skills in fleet coordination, transportation planning, driver management, route scheduling, client coordination, operations reporting, Microsoft Excel, logistics coordination and fleet tracking systems.
