Job SummaryShurooq Al Salam Passenger Transport Via Rented Buses LLC OPC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, driver coordination, maintenance scheduling, and transportation planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient fleet utilization, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily vehicle deployment and driver assignments.
- Monitor fleet utilization and ensure efficient vehicle allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, permits, insurance, and registrations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections with the workshop team.
- Monitor vehicle breakdowns and arrange timely support and recovery services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and route planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE transportation regulations.
- Track vehicle availability, utilization, downtime, and operational performance.
- Communicate with clients regarding transportation requirements and service updates.
- Maintain fleet documentation and operational records.
- Support management with fleet planning and operational improvements.
- Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or operations coordination.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and fleet operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience handling drivers, vehicle scheduling, and fleet records.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of UAE roads and transportation regulations preferred.
- Experience with GPS tracking and fleet management systems is an advantage.
