Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to safely transport staff, clients, and materials while ensuring high standards of service and vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to assigned locations
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing and repairs
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance logs
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading of items when required
- Deliver documents, packages, and office materials in a timely manner
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling company matters
- Monitor fuel levels and manage refueling efficiently
- Respond promptly and responsibly to any road or vehicle emergencies
- Valid driving license
- Proven experience as a driver (corporate or personal preferred)
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
