- Manage all logistics activities for offshore and onshore project sites.
- Plan, arrange and monitor the movement of materials, equipment and supplies by road, sea and other transportation modes.
- Prepare loading and offloading plans for materials and equipment, ensuring safe load distribution, transportation feasibility and compliance with project and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate vessel schedules, transportation, lifting operations, loading/offloading activities and site logistics requirements.
- Perform the role of Area Authority for logistics operations, ensuring work areas are prepared, authorized and maintained in compliance with company procedures, PTW requirements and HSE standards.
- Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites.
- Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors, transport providers, warehouse personnel and offshore teams to ensure seamless logistics support.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, cargo manifests, inventories and transportation reports.
- Resolve logistics related issues promptly and provide regular progress updates to project management and department management.
- Support warehouse operations, material coordination, inventory control and equipment tracking.
- Prepare logistics reports, KPI updates and operational summaries to support project execution.
- Ensure uninterrupted logistics support to meet project schedules, operational objectives and client requirements.
