Responsibilities

• Provide transport with company vehicles for people, goods and materials as assigned by the Branch Manager and perform responsibilities reliably and professionally in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Commit to Occupational Safety and Health and Environment Safety and Health, including incident reporting and risk management as required.
• Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.
• Transport clinic office staff, patients and guests to and from identified locations.
• Dispatch documents safely to destinations assigned by the supervisor.
• Transport equipment or other goods between branches of Cosme Surge.
• Maintain defensive driving and be responsible for regular vehicle maintenance.
• Update the supervisor on wear and tear of vehicle parts.
• Maintain mileage and dispatch registers.
• Keep the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records requested by management.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
• Fuel the assigned vehicle(s).
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and ensure that scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
• Document customer usage, prepare trip reports, and prepare accident and incident reports as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of all clinic‑related activities.
• Possess SSLC and Reading & Writing knowledge.
