Role Overview
Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensure proper handling and safety of items during transit. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Maintain delivery records and update tracking systems. Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements- Proven experience as a bike courier or in a similar delivery role.
- Valid UAE bike license.
- Good physical condition and ability to ride for extended periods.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic smartphone literacy, including familiarity with GPS and delivery apps, enabling efficient task management.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure.
- Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role is advantageous, highlighting relevant skills.
