• Plan, organize, and supervise daily transportation operations.
• Monitor employee work schedules to ensure efficient allocation of vehicles and personnel.
• Coordinate transportation activities to support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Prepare, process, and maintain trip logs and transportation reports.
• Ensure transportation activities comply with company policies and operational standards.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage transportation schedules and operational documentation.
