Guest Transport Planner
To plan, control, and optimize Guest Transportation operations by translating demand into actionable capacity plans, ensuring real-time operational execution, and actively managing vendor performance. The role acts as the operational backbone of the function, bridging strategy and execution by ensuring SLA compliance, service continuity, and cost efficiency, while maintaining a seamless and premium guest experience..
Accountabilities
- Plan & Forecast:
Develop demand forecasts and translate into optimized transportation schedules and capacity plans - Use the analytical, flight, marketing and historical trends to effectively forecast trip capacity & mitigate potential risks.
- Operations Control:
Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve capacity gaps, delays, and service disruptions - Vendor Management:
Actively manage vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance and driving corrective actions - Service & SLA Performance:
Track KPIs (on-time performance, service quality, responsiveness) and implement improvements - Guest
Experience:
Support consistent delivery of a seamless, high-quality transportation experience - Liase with key internal & external customers for regular reviews and relationship management.
- Risk & Disruption Management:
Anticipate risks and coordinate response to operational disruptions and irregular operations - Reporting & Insights:
Produce and analyze operational reports to enable data-driven decisions and performance improvements - Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or operational planning (UAE Geographical knowledge)
- Experience in real-time operations control and vendor coordination
- Aviation or mobility service environment experience preferred
- Knowledge of inhouse & outsource management for transportation business, financial impact and operational logistics
