Wilhelmsen Port Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced port operations coordinator to manage ship documents, communications with vessel masters, and port authorities across Ruwais and Abu Dhabi. You will ensure timely arrivals/departures, cargo handling coordination, and adherence to SOPs while supporting VIP movements and crew transport.
Responsibilities include vessel visits, WASP reporting, and collaboration with owners, shippers, and terminal reps.
