Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement road safety programs in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulations
- Conduct road safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Monitor driver compliance with road safety policies and defensive driving standards
- Deliver road safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks
- Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in road safety, fleet operations, HSE or transportation
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE traffic regulations and road safety standards
- Excellent communication, reporting and coordination skills
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
