  Provides front-line leadership and operational supervision during aircraft turnaround activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and standard operating compliance.

The Ramp Team Leader provides front‑line leadership and operational supervision during aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on‑time loading and unloading of aircraft deadload. The role is accountable for maintaining the highest safety standards, coordinating ramp resources, and leading teams in compliance with SOPs, safety, and service requirements.

• Operational Execution:
  Act as the primary accountable person for the safe loading and unloading of aircraft deadload.
• Team Leadership:
  Serve as the responsible focal point for all team members, empowered to act proactively to ensure smooth collaboration between the teams involved in turnaround activities.
• SOP Compliance:
  Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly adhered to at all times by yourself and your team members to maintain a safe and secure operation.
• Safety Advocacy:
  Lead the promotion of safety across aircraft turnaround activities and influence team members to maintain the highest standard of safety throughout the operation, ensuring hazards or occurrences are identified and reported immediately.

  Encourage consistency and teamwork by ensuring clear communication at all levels, including leading team briefings and completing relevant reports.
• Aircraft Inspections:
  Inspect all aircraft contact points for damage on both arrival and departure, reporting any irregularities immediately to the Duty Manager.
• Incident Reporting:
  Maintain responsibility for reporting all hazards and occurrences to the management team, raising Ground Safety Reports (GSRs) when required and within corporate guidelines.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3 years of experience in airport ground handling operations.
• Skills:
  
  Proven leadership capability, strong communication skills, and an uncompromising commitment to aviation safety and compliance.
