What you’ll do

• Captain the Bombardier Challenger 604 to the highest safety and performance standards across all phases of flight.
• Lead flight planning, fuel, weather, and performance analysis; ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound PIC decision-making, crew coordination, and effective resource management on every sector.
• Uphold exceptional cabin and customer service standards, delivering a refined, discreet, and solution-oriented passenger experience.
• Maintain currency and proficiency in normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures; champion a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate schedule flexibility, including irregular operations, short-notice trips, and changing mission profiles.

• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and emergency procedures.
• Motivated team player with strong communication and CRM skills.
• High levels of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
• Consistently exceptional customer service standards and professional presence.
• Current, type-rated competency on the Challenger 604 (or closely related types).

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time: 2,000 hours
• In type: 500 hours on Challenger 604
• Flight time notes: 1+ year experience on similar types (Challenger 604/650)
