Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods and materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Work closely with shipping companies to schedule shipments and track deliveries
• Prepare necessary documentation for international shipments
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
• Communicate with various departments within the company to coordinate logistics activities
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory, orders, and shipments
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to identify any discrepancies or issues
• Develop and implement strategies for improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
