Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers
• Monitor shipment schedules and track the progress of deliveries
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update inventory systems accordingly
• Communicate any delays or issues with shipments to relevant parties and provide solutions
  
  Work closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid biometric passport (preferably Indian nationality)
• Must be able to work without accommodation
