Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the roads and highways in the area, as well as excellent driving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries on time with a salary of 1200. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating a truck to deliver goods to designated locations within assigned time frames
- Secure cargo before and during transit
- Inspect truck before and after trips, checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, etc.
- Adhere to all applicable traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Ensure cargo is correctly loaded/unloaded and secured properly
- Maintain accurate records such as vehicle logs, delivery records, invoices etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience in driving trucks over long distances
- Ability to drive for long hours with focus and concentration
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- Physically fit with good vision and hearing skills
- Strong customer service skills
